Things people ask before they start.
What counts as a site, a till and a user?
A site is any place you trade or hold stock: a showroom, a warehouse, a pop-up. A till is a device that takes payment. A user is a person with a PIN or email sign-in. All of them live inside one company workspace and share the same catalogue and stock.
Do I pay per branch?
No. You pay per user, per month, and a plan includes every site up to its limits. A second showroom is a row in your settings, not a second subscription.
Can I bring my data from my old ePOS?
Yes. The Data Migration app walks you through importing products, customers and stock from CSV or your old system's exports, with a dry run before anything is written.
Do you store card details?
No. Card terminals encrypt at the keypad and we only ever hold a token from the payment provider. There is no card number anywhere in saile to lose.
Where is my data hosted?
In a European region on Google Cloud, with managed backups and encryption at rest. Each company has its own database.
What happens when the broadband goes down?
Tills keep selling. Sales queue on the device and replay when the connection returns, and a replay can never be charged twice.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from your workspace, up or down. Notice periods and any term agreed with you are shown on your billing page before you confirm.
